Tosja Flaker Berce je rojen leta 1987 v Ljubljani. Diplomiral je na Akademiji za gledališče, radio, film in televizijo (AGRFT) iz filmske in televizijske režije s kratkim filmom Časotresk (2012). Kot scenarist je sodeloval pri vseh treh sezonah televizijske serije V dvoje (2015-2019). Kaj pa Ester? je njegov celovečerni prvenec. Rad ima dež.
