Synopsis
A boat trip on a lake turns from a simple father-son get-together into a confrontation with the fears and resentments that the father has brought with him from dry land.

Film se pripoveduje skozi oči otroka, in fotografija, kot bi sledila mehkobi, nežnosti, čistosti in iskrenosti otroške duše, nas nevsiljivo, sinhrono popelje skozenj. Planinšek je v svojem zrelem delu, ki zelo dobro zaokroži študij na akademiji, mojstrsko obvladal oblikovanje svetlobe, predvsem na širokih zunanjih vodnih prizoriščih, kjer je vsak meter čolna odmerjen in kjer vsak kader šteje. Pričaral je vrhunsko melanholično filmsko izkušnjo širokega platna, ko nas tablojsko kadriranje, prepleteno z natančnimi in čustvenimi bližnjimi plani, prek umirjenega valovanja vode sooči s strahovi, vdanostjo, upanjem in pogumom likov.
