The chief heroine of this film is Agata, an office clerk; we can follow her at work in the office, we can see how she is spending her free afternoons and she can be watched at night. A three-parted composition completes the triptych in which each single part os Agata’s being has been involved: the start with the end, the fragmentariness and the discontinuity proceed into a draft of cyclic happening. Agata lives between everyday live and everlasting feminine nature in herself; the feminine nature that connects Agata to mythic, archetypal forces of nature (wild) and pre-elements (water, fire). Agata’s life of voluntary slavery or suffered devotion is disturbed by elementary forces and life energies. Our heroine experiences them as a possibility of another being. And Agata Schwarzkobler’s Triptych raises to the spectator with Agata’s double portrait an eternal question about human entity.
