Vladimir Koch was born on 15 July 1912 in Log pod Mangartom, Slovenia. He is a screenwriter and adaptation. The most well known projects he collaborated on are Deveti krug (1960), Dolina miru (1956) and Praznovanje pomladi (1978). He died on 27 May 1987 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
