Dramaturgija in režija filma se dopolnjujeta na poti do vrhunca katarze. Film pogumno raziskuje surova ljudska čustva in strahove ter prinaša soočenje preteklosti in sedanjosti. Formirana avtorica sebe in gledalce vrže v strastno raziskovanje filmske forme in teme, pri čemer je ves čas natančna in senzibilna.
Hrvaško: „Preciznim redateljskim rukopisom uspjela je gledatelja u potpunosti uvući u filmska zbivanja, karaktere, događaje i društvene okolnosti.“
Junakinjo močni notranji občutek za pravičnost žene v tihi, a vztrajni upor proti navidez svetim pravilom in nepremakljivim strukturam moči. Njen boj je danes več kot aktualen. Izvrstno igro glavne protagonistke in močno zgodbo s ščepcem satiričnega humorja podpira ikonična in hkrati ironična vizualna podoba.
