Autistic madman Max struggles with the cruel reality of everyday life in a remote mental hospital, run by dr. Guzman, a true tyrant. The only one standing by him is lively Simon, who constantly pokes fun and creates trouble for the doctor. Dr. Gloria arrives to the hospital. She is about to return order and peace to the institution. Things do start to change, but not the way everyone expected.
