Ember Glow is the story of the town of Čabar, once the regional capital of Croatia's Gorski Kotar. With the few remaining locals, the film explores their childhood memories, the rise and fall of urban life, and the consequences of the depopulation of the area. Čabar is now nearing the end of its life path, with no hope left.
