In 1985, Peter Braatz acquired exclusive rights to document the entire filming of the cult thriller Blue Velvet. Until today, a major part of the super 8 material, sound recordings, photographs, images, items and relics have been hidden from the public eye. In Blue Velvet Revisited, Braatz has selected and edited them anew to make a film that tells a story using nothing but images.
