Croatian: Redatelj snažnom emocijom i suptilnim filmskim jezikom gradi priču koja, unatoč društvenim nepravdama, otvara prostor nadi, solidarnosti i vjeri da promjena počinje brigom za čovjeka. Zlatna arena za najbolju režiju dodjeljuje se Srđanu Kovačeviću za film “Ono što treba činiti”.

The Thing to Be Done, a documentary by Srđan Kovačević, follows a team of three advisers and their many clients whose labour rights are violated daily. With precision, yet peppered with flashes of humour, it highlights deep-seated injustices in society as well as the systemic successes of the Workers’ Advocacy Office. The film paints a picture of a part of Slovenian society we know too little about, or perhaps don’t even wish to know.

The jury consisting of representatives of different religions awards a film that successfully treats the topic of peace, solidarity, and humanity.
