Synopsis
Slices of Time is a film about two grandmothers. Two women were born during the First World War (in 1915) when the Austro-Hungarian Empire collapsed and a new state, Yugoslavia was established. They lived in different cultural and religious environments of Yugoslavia, in Bosnia (mostly Muslem) and Slovenia (mostly Christian) yet they are connected through their children and grandchildren. In Slices Of Time history is intertwined with personal stories; the film tells us about childhood, love and wars, about women through the 20th century.
