Synopsis
It is the year 2147. Earth is a desert, the sun a predator in the cloudless sky. A handful of old men live in Red Desert City. Some of the piers, extending into the desert, testify to the fact that this used to be a summer resort, where the sea once roared. One day an unknown man enters the Fontana bar. Leon, the eccentric Man with a Hat, recognises the unknown man as a Cloud Chaser, one of those who chased the cold and then became the cause of the catastrophe.
