Synopsis
Roman, a young civil servant, is suffocating in the routine of a government job. Within the cold walls of his office, he’s overwhelmed by dark fantasies and silent frustration. When his inner tension finally erupts, he chooses rebellion. Slaves is a dark comedy about burnout and the absurdity of modern workplaces.

Director's statement
"Slaves" is my response to the silent burnout hidden in everyday routine. I wanted to capture the moment when inner unrest becomes too loud to ignore and a person hears, for the first time, their own need for freedom. The film is based on my personal experiences working in an office. — Domen Puš
