Synopsis
Out of the hundreds of short films made in Slovenia each year, only few get released. The mockumentary follows the creative process of two amateur filmmakers. Although Jure and Mark have never managed to become officially qualified as directors, screenwriters, or actors, no one can stop them from living their dreams. Well, many things can stop them, but nobody can take away their dreams!

Slovene: Igrani film Profesionalna amaterja je komična drama, morda satira ali celo mockumentarec, ki z glavnima protagonistoma poskrbi za originalnost, svežino, izvirnost in humorno samorefleksijo. S svojskim ironičnim pristopom preizprašuje pogosto sila tanko mejo med umetnostjo in komercialo, s čimer (ne)hote ujame samo bistvo neodvisnega filma.
