Pet majskih dni

The main hero is a young soldier who has a conflict with his superiors because he is denied a leave over the First of May holidays. He decides to escape from the barracks. An armed escape is a mayor transgression. He finds himself trapped in the events that follow, violence escalates and eventually he ends up in a bloody conflict. The story takes place some ten years ago, at a time that is remembered mostly for the Chernobyl nuclear catastrophe.
