Nikoli nisva šla v Benetke

We’ve Never Been to Venice is the story of a young couple Gregor and Maša. Gregor’s father comes to visit from abroad. Although no-one says a word about it, it is clear that something horrible has happened, and to ease their pain somewhat, Tone takes them out and their car trip begins. On the way, Grega and Maša go through sudden mood swings: they are aggressive, then deeply sad, instantly happy, then nervous, depressed, playful. They are together and yet alone. And the gap between them widens. Although Tone takes them further and further from home, they are no further from what has happened.
