Synopsis
Melania Trump was one of the most controversial First Ladies in history. Born and raised in Slovenia at the time when it was a socialist state, she brought a different attitude to the job as America's First Lady. Od Sevnice do Bele hiše je pripoved o majhnem človeku, ki si želi drobtin z mize vladarjev. Film ima močen dramaturški element poti v Ameriko, vendar je vpeljan pozno in zato ne doseže takšnega učinka, kot bi ga lahko. Režijski koncept je legitimen in sodoben, pozitivno je avtorjevo osebno poznanstvo s protagonistom, ki sicer skriva tudi nevarnost, da avtorja oropa ironizacije situacij. Pozitivno je tudi prepoznavanje možnosti različnih koncev, ki bi film v svojem bistvu povsem spremenili.
