The documentary takes a stroll around the areas by the border, which F. Tomizza and D. Bratina filled with their warm energy, their persistent wish to overcome differences and exclusion, to establish dialogue and harmony among the different people. Since they have been gone, these places where history left visible and permanent scars became poorer and emptier. Some people would just like to turn them into abysses.
