Synopsis
At a university of the near future, where language is regulated and one’s sense of belonging depends on conforming to trends, a professor crosses an invisible line. In a seemingly ordinary lecture, he gradually begins to reveal the fragile boundary between free thought and silent obedience.

Director's statement
"Discourse" is a world where belonging is more important than truth. I was intrigued by the moment when questions become dangerous, and language becomes a tool of control. The line between conformity, freedom of speech, and truth is the question that the protagonist poses to the viewer in the film.
