A partisan unit is trapped in the enemy’s circle. The commissioner is dying, hallucinating about his mother. His unit blames him for the hopeless situation. And there is a pregnant woman who gives birth to a child. Only a few survive and manage to get out of the enemy’s circle and save the newborn child.
