Synopsis
Christmas 1943 in a Serbian village. Chetniks capture two American pilots that were shot down and give them shelter. Later on they hear Germans are looking for them so they lock them up. But two pilots manage to escape. Then Chetniks plant two different bodies and deliver them to Germans claiming they are the two missing pilots. But Germans had already found the Americans. People are angry and disappointed that their lieutenant tried to cheat on them on the feast day.
