Poredušov Janoš

A witty tale old 70 year-old honest farmer and winegrower from Prekmurje who spent his entire life working on a farm inherited from his ancestors. Now he has no one to leave it to. Janoš Poreduš has experienced everything man is destined to face. He was born, baptized, went to school (And fell in love with his teacher). He married Šarika, who immediately conquered his heart, enjoys more than 50 happy years of marriage and the joys of fatherhood. He survived two wars with the help of wine and spirits. He even supported Slovene independence. He has experienced his share of bad times, but also good and happy ones. Together with Janoš we experience both the beautiful and the bitter moments of life, and gain an increasing awareness of our own transitoriness.
