Opatica i komesar

A Partisan hospital in a convent by the sea in the first days after the war. Sister Maria is one of the nurses and she develops a close relationship with the wounded Commissar Nenad. He brings restlessness and optimism into her monotonous life. Suddenly she starts sensing a new kind of world, but she can’t accept its rules for she is confined with her vow and obligations to the Holy Church.
