Synopsis
After the capitulation of Italy, the Nazis took horses from Lipica to the Czech town of Hostouň, where they set up a breeding centre for horses from the best studs of Europe. At the end of the war, the Red Army was approaching, so the U.S. military, led by General Patton, conducted a bold military rescue Operation Cowboy and rescued the horses to the West.
