A hijacked plane lands at the airport in Riga. A ten-year-old boy, travelling alone, becomes the hijacker's hostage voluntarily. The hijacker adds the little hostage’s demands to his own. They start with home made chocolate and a CD for learning the local language and end with organising of a singing festival and a special biathlon show. All these ideas come from a brochure about Latvia the boy finds on a plane.
