Synopsis
It takes 16 workers to build two apartments in one day, and one whole floor of a building is being made every third day. And the story of the film is workers who mainly come from other Yugoslav republics. The camera wanted to find out more about the educational programs and recreation of these workers. How much work has been done in 25 years?
