Flos, flos

Transportation of wood used to be lumberjacks’s work. In the seventies a few men from the Upper Savinja area performed the last lumberjack ride on the Savinja river from Nazarje to Zidani most. Today modern methods are used for wood transportation. There are no more lumberjacks in this area, but people still gather at the annual Lumberjack Dance and remember those times.
