Synopsis
Aleš, Žiga and Sašo are friends from childhood. The first is a former champion in motoring. Now he has a tire repair workshop, above which he lives with his younger partner, Urša. Žiga is guilty of a serious traffic accident and, even though he is a doctor, he tries to cover it up. Young parents die in an accident, leaving behind a baby. Žiga turns to Aleš for help. The latter is in a dilemma whet

The latter is in a dilemma whether to help his friend or to go to the police where Sašo works, and report him. Aleš lost his parents very early, so he is more and more inclined to report Žiga. However, he hesitates, because Žiga once saved his Urša's life as a doctor. The film's title is taken from the 1905 bronze statue of the same name by Franc Berneker.

A funny anecdote from the childhood of our family tire repairman Aleš Bužga was the trigger for the film's content. I wrote the script together with my older son Domen, and in the end I put our tire repairman in front of the camera to play the main role. For the first time in my professional career, I decided to occasionally use zoom while framing, something I had always avoided in previous films.
